Refund Policy
1. The 14-Day Keep-the-Articles Guarantee.
If GEOnSEO isn't right for you, we'll refund your first subscription payment in full — no questions asked — if you request it within 14 days of your first purchase. The guarantee applies once per customer, to the first purchase only.
2. What you keep.
Any articles already published to your website during the guarantee period remain yours. That's the point of the guarantee: the trial is genuinely free if you choose to walk away.
3. How to request a refund.
Email [email protected] from your account email within 14 days of purchase with the subject "Refund request." We'll confirm and process the refund to your original payment method; funds typically arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
4. Renewals and cancellation.
Renewal payments are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime in the self-serve billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. We don't prorate partial periods.
5. A note on chargebacks.
Refunds under this policy are faster than disputes — please contact us first; we honor the guarantee without friction.
