Terms of Service
1. Who we are; agreement.
GEOnSEO ("GEOnSEO," "we," "us") is a product of GEO n SEO LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 1621 Central Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA. By using geonseo.com or any GEOnSEO service (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business, and "you" means that business.
2. Business use only.
The Service is offered for business and professional use by persons 18 or older. It is not offered to consumers for personal, family, or household purposes.
3. The Service.
GEOnSEO provides AI-assisted search-visibility tools, including a revenue-gap estimator (the "Finder"), visibility reports ("Gap Reports"), and automated content creation and publishing for your website ("Autopilot"). We may add, change, or remove features as the Service evolves.
4. Estimates, not promises.
The Finder and Gap Reports produce modeled estimates built from third-party search and web data and stated assumptions (for example, your customer value and illustrative conversion rates). They are provided for planning and illustration. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, AI-answer mentions, revenue, or any specific outcome. Search engines and AI platforms are independent third parties whose systems change without notice and are outside our control.
5. Accounts and access links.
Some features are accessed through emailed links or accounts tied to your email address. You are responsible for the security of that email account and for activity occurring through your access links. Keep your information accurate.
6. Your website; your content; our license from you.
To use Autopilot you must own or control the website you connect and have the right to authorize publishing to it. You grant us the rights needed to create, format, and publish content to that site as you configure. You are responsible for materials and instructions you provide. Articles and pages published to your site under your subscription are yours upon publication.
7. Our intellectual property.
The Service — including software, models, report formats, designs, and branding — belongs to GEO n SEO LLC or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your business during your subscription. Gap Reports about your domain may be used for your internal business purposes.
8. Acceptable use.
You will not: use the Service unlawfully or to promote unlawful goods or services; misrepresent ownership of a website; probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service; use it to send spam; or attempt to circumvent usage limits or security. We may suspend or refuse service for violations or to protect the Service and its users.
9. Fees and billing.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor at the price shown at checkout, plus applicable taxes. We may change prices with at least 14 days' notice, effective at your next renewal. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
10. 14-Day Keep-the-Articles Guarantee (first purchase only).
If you are not satisfied, request a refund within 14 days of your first subscription purchase by emailing [email protected] from your account email. We will refund that first payment in full — no questions asked. Any articles already published to your site remain yours. The guarantee applies once per customer and does not apply to renewals or subsequent purchases. See the Refund Policy.
11. Cancellation.
Cancel anytime through the self-serve billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. Except for the 14-Day Keep-the-Articles Guarantee, payments are non-refundable and we do not prorate partial periods.
12. Third-party services.
The Service depends on third-party providers — including cloud hosting and infrastructure, search- and web-data providers, email-delivery services, and payment processors. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or outages, though we will make reasonable efforts to restore Service affected by them.
13. Disclaimers.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR TRADE USAGE.
14. Limitation of liability.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GEO n SEO LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THESE LIMITS APPLY REGARDLESS OF THEORY OF LIABILITY AND EVEN IF A REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
15. Indemnity.
You will defend and indemnify GEO n SEO LLC against third-party claims arising from your website, your materials and instructions, or your breach of these Terms.
16. Termination.
We may suspend or terminate the Service for material breach, legal risk, or extended non-payment. Upon termination your access ends; Sections 4, 7, and 13–18 survive. Data handling is governed by the Privacy Policy.
17. Changes to these Terms.
We may update these Terms by posting the revised version with a new effective date and, for material changes, notifying you by email or in-app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
18. Governing law; disputes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflicts rules. Before filing a claim, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally by written notice and 30 days' discussion. Courts located in Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction, and each party consents to venue there.
19. Miscellaneous.
These Terms plus the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy are the entire agreement. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign to an affiliate or in a business transfer. Failure to enforce is not waiver. Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control.
